Chanakya Land & Estate Services

We’ve been running Chanakya Land & Estate Services out of the Chankya Complex for a good while now. Most people know us because we're right near the Swati Bus Stop in Nizampura. It’s a busy spot in Mahavi Nagar, and being in the M H B Colony means we see a lot of local faces every day. We handle land deals and house stuff for the folks around here. It isn't anything fancy, just a small office where you can sit down and talk about what you need. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic outside, but that’s just how it is. We mostly deal with the properties right in this neighborhood because that's what we know best. If someone is looking to move or has a bit of land they want to do something with, they usually just drop by. My desk is usually covered in papers and maps of the local area. It’s just how I work. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure things get done right. The colony is a nice place to work out of. Most of our day is spent answering the phone or showing someone a spot nearby. We try to keep things simple. No big speeches or complicated paperwork if we can help it. If you're walking past the bus stop, you've probably seen our sign. It's nothing special, but it lets people know where we are. It’s a local business and we’ve been part of this street for years.
