Brahmbhatt Estate Agency is located on the second floor of the Panorama Complex, specifically at number 218 in Alkapuri, Someshwar Part 1. We are right across the street from the Welcome Hotel, which makes us pretty easy to find if you are in the neighborhood. The office is a bit of a walk up the stairs, and the hallway can be a little dark sometimes, but our space is comfortable enough once you get inside. We have a good view of the traffic on the main road from our window. Most of our day is spent talking to people who want to buy or rent something in Alkapuri. It is a popular area, so there is always something to do. We keep a lot of physical files because we still like having things on paper where we can see them. Sometimes we share a meal in the small pantry area while discussing the latest property listings. It is not a high-pressure corporate environment. We just talk to people like normal neighbors and try to help them find what they need. The office has been here for a while, and the furniture is starting to show its age, but it serves its purpose. We know the local builders and which apartments have the best water supply or parking. We just take things one day at a time and try to give honest advice to anyone who walks in.
