Basera Real Estate

Basera Real Estate is based over at the Maruti Complex on Gotri Road. Our office is Sb/6, right near the Natobhai Centre. It's a busy area because of the Vima Davakhana Industrial Estate being so close. We have been in this spot for several years, and it serves us well. The office is small and simple. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a map of the local area pinned to the wall. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or out visiting different properties around Gotri Road. It’s a lot of legwork, but that’s how real estate goes. We don't have a big staff or a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll likely just find one of us typing away or talking to a client. We know this part of town very well, from the industrial side to the residential streets. We don't use any complicated marketing talk. We just tell people what is available and what the prices are looking like. The Maruti Complex is a bit of an older building, so it has its quirks, like the elevator that sometimes has a mind of its own. But we like it here. It is central to everything we need to do. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency, just a reliable place for folks in the neighborhood to come when they need property help or just some advice.
