Baroda Wire & Nails

Baroda Wire & Nails is tucked away at Plot No. 411 on the Gandhi Gate Main Road in Mandavi. We’ve been in this spot for years, making various types of wires and nails. The machines make a lot of noise, so it’s never quiet here during the day. We have a small team of workers who know exactly how to handle the metal. The warehouse is a bit dark and smells like oil and iron, but that’s just part of the business. We don't have a fancy showroom. If you come by, you’ll likely see us moving heavy rolls of wire or packing boxes for a delivery. Mandavi is a busy place, and being on the main road means we see a lot of people passing by. The gate can be a bit tricky for the bigger trucks to get through, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest supplier in the country. We just focus on making sure the nails are straight and the wire is strong. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes it hard to work, but we keep the big fans going and get through the day. We don't use any marketing tricks. People know what we do and they come to us when they need supplies. It’s a steady kind of work and we like the routine of it. We just show up, run the machines, and go home to our families after the shift is done.
