Baroda Dairy Sugam Parlour Riya Food

Our little spot is called Baroda Dairy Sugam Parlour Riya Food and we are right at R C Dutt Road 4. It’s a busy street with plenty of people walking by all day long. We mostly deal with milk, curd, and other dairy items that come in fresh every morning. The refrigerators hum all day and night, which is a sound we’ve just gotten used to over the years. It’s important to keep everything cold, so we are always checking the thermometers and making sure the doors are shut tight. We get a big rush in the mornings when everyone is heading to work and wants to grab their daily milk. Then it gets a bit quieter in the afternoon before picking up again in the evening. The shop isn't very big, so we have to be careful about how we stack the crates so nobody trips. Sometimes the delivery truck is late because of the traffic on R C Dutt Road, and that can be a bit of a hassle for us. The morning sun hits the windows quite hard, so we usually have to keep the blinds halfway down to stay cool. We just keep the counter clean and wait for the next person to walk in. We don’t have a big marketing plan or anything. We just serve the people who live and work in this part of town. Most folk just take their stuff and head home. It’s a simple business, just keeping the milk cold.
