We have been working out of our office at G 7 Race Course for a while now. Most people know us because we are right opposite the Citi Bank near the New Haridham Society on Bamroli Road. It is a busy area, especially with the 120 Feet road nearby. Dealing with property is usually a big headache for most folks around here, so we just try to make the whole thing a bit easier to handle. My family and I live nearby, so we know this part of the city inside out. If you are looking for a place or want to sell something, you can find us in the Race Course Tower. We usually have the doors open during normal hours unless we are out showing a plot to someone. Sometimes the traffic on Bamroli Road gets a bit much in the evenings, but it’s a good spot to be in for business. We don't do much fancy advertising or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people just walking in or neighbors telling their friends about us. It’s a small team here, just a few of us sitting at the desks, looking through paperwork and answering the phone. We've seen how much this area has changed over the years with all the new buildings coming up. It’s been interesting to watch the neighborhood grow. Anyway, if you're passing by the tower, you can just stop in and ask whatever you need to know about local real estate.
