You can find us at number 40 in the Akota Parth Complex. We are pretty close to Akota Garden, which makes us easy to find if it's your first time visiting. Aum Pramukh Estate Agency has been here for a while, and the area has grown a lot since we started. The complex stays busy with people coming and going from the various shops. Our office isn’t huge, but there is enough space for our desks and a few tall filing cabinets. Much of our time is spent on the phone or out looking at different sites around the city. When we are actually in the office, we are usually catching up on the paperwork that always seems to pile up. It’s a lot of forms and signatures, which can be tedious, but it’s part of the job. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the local market well. Lunch is usually eaten at our desks or grabbed quickly from the food vendors nearby. Having the garden close by is nice for a quick walk when things get quiet in the afternoon. We don't do much advertising; most people just hear about us from their neighbors. It’s a simple way to run things. We just try to stay on top of the details and make sure we don't lose any important documents in the shuffle. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything moving, but we manage to stay busy every week.
