Arvinda Engineering

You’ll find Arvinda Engineering over in Gidc, Makarpura. We are at 992/2/15 & 17, right opposite the Makarpura Depot. Being near the bus depot makes it easy to give directions, at least. We do a lot of general engineering work here. The GIDC is a huge place, so it can be easy to get lost if you don't know the plot numbers. Our shop is pretty standard for this area—concrete floors, lots of heavy machinery, and a small office in the corner that’s usually dusty. We’ve got a small team, and we’ve all been doing this for years. We don’t bother with big speeches about our values or anything like that. We just focus on getting the dimensions right on whatever part we’re turning on the lathe. Some days are slow and we just do maintenance, and other days it feels like everyone needs their order finished at the same time. We’ve stayed in Makarpura because it’s where all the action is for engineering. We get along with the other shops nearby, sometimes borrowing a tool or helping out if someone's short-handed. It’s a hardworking community. We’re just glad to be a part of it and keep the business going one day at a time. We don't have a big sign out front, just the number and the sound of machines. It’s enough for folks who know what they're looking for. We just keep our heads down and work.
