Our agency is located at 312 Broadway Road in Vadodara. It’s a pretty easy place to find if you are familiar with the main road. Anmol Real Estate Agency is run by a small group of us who have lived in Vadodara for most of our lives. We saw how the city was expanding towards the outskirts and figured we could help people navigate the changes. The office is usually a bit messy with flyers and property listings spread out everywhere. We aren't the type to wear suits or have big board meetings. Most of our work happens over a cup of tea while looking at map printouts. Broadway Road is always busy, and we get people popping in all day asking about land prices or rental rates. We try to stay grounded and give people the real picture of what’s available. Not every property is a gem, and we aren't afraid to say if a place has issues with the plumbing or the commute. We spend a lot of time driving around different sectors, checking on progress of new builds. It’s a lot of manual work, verifying documents and making sure everything is legal. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make sure the person buying a house doesn't get a bad deal. It’s about being a reliable neighbor more than being a big business. That is how we keep things going.
