Ankleshwar Research & Analytical Infrastructure Limited is located at plot 1501 in the Bharuch GIDC Estate. It is a big industrial zone, and we have been part of it for a long time. Our work involves a lot of technical stuff and looking at data. The lab or workspace is where we spend almost all our time during the week. It is not the most exciting place to look at from the outside, just another building in the estate, but we do a lot of important work inside. We have a team that knows their way around the equipment and the testing methods. Being in GIDC means we are surrounded by all sorts of factories and plants. It is a busy environment with a lot of noise and movement outside. We keep things pretty simple in terms of how we run the place. We do not have a fancy reception area or anything. We mostly focus on the reports and the testing we have to finish. Sometimes the days get long, especially when there is a lot of samples to go through at once. We do not really use big words to describe what we do. It is just technical work that needs to be done carefully. Most of us have been here for years and we know the Bharuch area well. We just come in, do the analysis, and go home. It is steady work. (240 words)
