Anant Engineers

Anant Engineers is located at B-15 in the Vadsar Air India Colony, over in Versova, Andheri West. Being in this part of Mumbai means there’s always something going on outside, and the office reflects that kind of energy. It’s a small space packed with computers, technical manuals, and rolls of engineering drawings. We spend a lot of our time looking at structural details and making sure that the math actually checks out for whatever project we are working on. The office in the Air India Colony is a bit older, with windows that rattle a little when the wind picks up, but it’s home to us. It’s not a shiny corporate headquarters; it’s a place where we wear out the keys on our calculators and drink way too much tea during the monsoon. Most of our days are filled with checking specifications and talking to site supervisors on the phone. Sometimes we have to go out to the sites in Andheri West to see things for ourselves, which usually involves navigating through a lot of traffic. When we are back at B-15, it’s all about the data and the blueprints. We’ve got stacks of files from past jobs that we keep for reference, and the shelves are pretty crowded. It’s a down-to-earth operation where we just focus on the engineering side of things, making sure everything is built safe and solid without any unnecessary fuss. The work isn't always easy, but we keep at it.
