Ambica Land Estate

We run Ambica Land Estate out of a small office in Gokul Society. The address is C-16, and we are quite close to the Vasana Jakat Naka on Vasna Road. It is a quiet residential area for the most part, which makes it a decent place to sit and talk about property. I’ve been in this business for a long time, and I have seen the city grow in every direction. Most of the work involves talking to people about land and houses, trying to figure out what fits where. My desk is usually covered in maps and papers, and the phone rings more than I’d sometimes like. It isn't a flashy real estate firm with a glass front and suits. It is just me in a room in the society. I find that people prefer coming to a place that feels like a home rather than a cold office building. We sit down, have some water, and look at the details. The Vasna Road area has become quite busy lately, but our corner remains somewhat peaceful. I know the local streets like the back of my hand. If someone asks about a specific plot, I can usually tell them who owns it or what was there ten years ago. It’s just how things go when you stay in one spot for decades. It is not always easy, but I like it and will stay here.
