You can find us at D-173 in Jay Jalaram Nagar, right across from the Petrofills bus stop on Gorwa Refinery Road in Vadodara. It’s a very busy area because of all the industrial traffic going toward the refinery. The noise from the buses and trucks is pretty constant during the day. Our building is a typical Vadodara structure, nothing special but it does the job for an engineering firm. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of technical manuals. We have a small area where we keep some of the spare parts and tools we need. It’s often a bit dusty because of the road outside, but we try to keep it tidy. The staff here are mostly local people who have been with us for years. We don't have a big HR department or a fancy lounge. We just have a place to sit and work. Sometimes we go out to the local stalls for tea or a quick snack. The office is a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. It’s an honest place where we focus on engineering problems. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations or expensive rugs. Everything here is functional and has a purpose. That is just how we like to run things at Alpmit Engineers.
