We are Abhishek Land & Estate Agency. We are located in Fatehgunj, specifically in the Kothrud Industrial Area. You can find our office on the fourth floor of the R K Centre. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens every now and then. We have been working in real estate around here for a long time. We know which plots are good and which ones have issues that people should avoid. It is not a glamorous job. A lot of our time is spent driving around, looking at various sites, and then coming back here to deal with the piles of paperwork. The office is usually full of maps and blueprints spread out on the tables. We are not like those big agencies you see on television with glossy brochures and fancy cars. We just talk to people plainly and tell them exactly what we know. Sometimes the news is not what they want to hear, but we do not see the point in sugarcoating things. Being in an industrial area means we deal with a lot of practical-minded people. We like that way of doing business. Our desks are usually covered in coffee cups and old folders. It is a busy place but we try to keep a relaxed vibe. We have seen the land prices go up and down over the years and we just keep showing up.
