Our office is in room 202 on the second floor of Rachana Residency. We are located in the Hirabaug part of Akota, right across the street from the Akota Stadium. It’s a pretty lively area, especially when there’s a match or an event going on at the stadium. We’ve been here for several years now and have watched the skyline change quite a bit. The office itself is nothing fancy. It’s just a workspace with a couple of desks, some mismatched chairs, and stacks of papers that we really should organize better. We usually keep the windows open to let some air in, even if the stadium noise gets a bit loud. Most of our day is spent dealing with people who are looking for a place to stay or want to sell their property. We don't have a big marketing team. It’s just us talking to folks and trying to help them figure out what they need. We drink quite a lot of tea throughout the day to stay alert. Sometimes we have to run out to show a house, so we leave a little note on the door. It’s a very local operation and we know the other tenants in the building pretty well. We stay until late in the evening most days because that’s when people are free to stop by after their own work. It is a good place to be.
