Out here in Sainath Industrial Estate, things are always moving. Our place at Plot No-11 is right in the middle of all that noise and grease. Being near the Baroda Co-operative Estate means there’s constantly trucks coming and going, blocking the narrow lanes. A Star Engineering Solutions isn't a big flashy company. We just have our workshop where we handle different engineering bits and pieces. Some days the heat under the tin roof is quite a lot, but we just drink some tea and keep at it. Most of the guys here have been working with machines for years. We don't talk much about philosophy or big goals, we just look at the drawings and try to get the parts right. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings and oil spots that never really go away. It’s a practical environment for people who don't mind getting their hands dirty. Sometimes a machine breaks down or a delivery is late, and that’s just part of the daily routine. We know the other shop owners around here, and we all deal with the same dusty roads and power fluctuations. It’s a simple setup. We take the work as it comes, finish what needs to be done, and head home when the sun goes down. Nothing more to it than that. Just a bunch of us working in a shed in the industrial part of town. We are usually here till late evening most days.
