Saraswati Vidya Mandir High School

Saraswati Vidya Mandir High School is located in Ghumarwin, which is a busy town in the Bilaspur district of Himachal Pradesh. Our school is a place where many children from the town and the nearby villages spend their day. It is a pretty large building because we have to fit a lot of students from the primary levels all the way up to high school. The rooms are basic, filled with the usual wooden desks and chairs that have seen a lot of use over the years. We spend a lot of time on the paperwork and the daily schedule to make sure everything stays on track. The teachers here are dedicated to their work, and they have been with us for a long time. You can see the parents coming in and out of the gates, especially in the morning and afternoon when the day starts and ends. It is a lively place, with a lot of noise during the recess breaks. We try to keep the grounds as tidy as possible, though with so many kids around, it is a constant job. Ghumarwin is a growing place, and the school has grown along with it. We don't put on any airs; we just focus on the lessons and making sure the students are prepared for their exams. It is a straightforward job, and we are glad to be doing it here in Bilaspur. Every morning, we open the gates and get ready for another long day of work.
