The Refuge

We've been here in Adiwali for a bit now. Our spot is at 10 Bhagwaghar Layout. Most people know the area because it's right near Alankar Cinema in Dharampeth. It’s a quiet enough street most days. We set up The Refuge here in Udaipur because it felt like the right place for what we do. It’s not a fancy office or anything. Just a functional space where we get our work done. Sometimes the traffic near the cinema gets a bit busy, but you get used to it. We keep things pretty simple around here. If you're looking for us, just head toward the cinema and turn into the layout. We’re usually around during the day. Sometimes we stay late if there’s a lot to handle. It’s mostly just us doing our daily tasks. The building isn't brand new, but it works for us. We like the Rajasthan sun, though it gets hot in the afternoons. People in the neighborhood are decent. We don’t really do much big talk or have a glossy brochure. We just show up, open the doors, and do the work that needs doing. The neighborhood cats sometimes wander near the door. We usually just let them be. Our desks are a bit cluttered with papers and pens that don't always work. That's about it for our setup here. It’s a practical place for practical work. Nothing more to say really. We are just part of the local scene in Adiwali now.
