Durgesh Flower & Tent Decorator

Our shop is located on the Ayad 100 Ft Road in the Sobhagpura area of Udaipur. We are situated right opposite Nand Bhavan, which is a very big landmark that most people know in this part of the city. We deal with all kinds of flowers and tents for decorations at various functions. Most of our mornings start very early in the day when the fresh flower deliveries arrive. The smell in the shop is actually quite nice, but there is always a lot of cleaning up to do with all the discarded stems and leaves on the floor. Udaipur is famous for being a city of weddings, so we are kept very busy during the peak months of the year. We have a lot of heavy tent poles and rolls of fabric stored in the back that we use to build structures for outdoor parties. It is physically demanding work, especially when we are setting up large tents under the hot Rajasthan sun. We have been here in the Udaipur Ho area for a long time and we know the local streets very well. We do not have a fancy marketing team or any brochures; we just do our daily work and let the local people see the results for themselves. Sometimes the flower colors are not exactly what we expected from the market, but we always find a way to make them look good anyway. Our team is just a few local guys who know how to tie strong knots and arrange marigolds.
