Bluemoon Events

You can find us at F-22 in Aadarsh Nagar, right on University Road here in Udaipur. Bluemoon Events is just a local business near Aishwarya College. We spend our time putting together events for people in the neighborhood and around the city. Udaipur is a beautiful place for any kind of gathering, so we stay pretty busy. We aren't some big national chain, just local folks who know how to set up a hall and get the music and food sorted. It’s a lot of physical labor, moving chairs and decorations around, and a lot of phone calls to make sure the catering is on time. We’ve had some long nights working on events, sometimes finishing up just as the sun is coming up. It’s tiring but it’s what we do. The office is a simple place where we keep all our supplies and meet with people to talk about their plans. We don't try to make things sound more complicated than they are. Planning an event is just a lot of lists and checking them twice. We like being in this part of Udaipur, it’s got a good energy with the college nearby. We’re usually around if someone needs to stop by and discuss a date or a budget. Our door is usually open for anyone who wants to talk about their next function.
