Ariham Events

New Bhupalpura is a nice enough area, and we are located at 1555. One of the main things people use to find us is the CPS School, since it is right nearby. You can always hear the school bell ringing or the kids playing during their break. Ariham Events has been operating out of this space for some time now. We do a lot of the planning and organizing right here in this office. It’s not a huge place, so things can get a bit cluttered when we are preparing for a big event. We have stacks of decorations, notebooks filled with lists, and empty tea cups scattered around by the end of the day. Working in Udaipur is interesting because the city has so many different vibes depending on where you are. Here in New Bhupalpura, it feels a bit more like a neighborhood. We spend a lot of time on the phone with vendors and trying to make sure the trucks are loaded correctly. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination. We aren't some fancy corporate firm with hundreds of employees; it’s just a handful of us making sure everything is in the right place at the right time. Sometimes things go perfectly, and sometimes we have to scramble to fix a mistake, but that’s just how the event business works. We just keep at it every day from our office near the school and try to get things done.
