Seven Events India

We are located right near the Redission Blue Hotel in Malla Talai, which is a busy part of Udaipur. Being near Aaravali Hospital means there is always a lot of movement around our place. We mostly deal with events, which in a city like Udaipur means a lot of coordination and running around. Sometimes we are at the hotels and other times we are at smaller venues. Our days are never really the same. One morning we might be checking on flower deliveries and by the evening we are making sure the lighting is right for a dinner. It gets pretty hectic during the peak tourist months. We aren't a big flashy company with a glass office. We just have our space here in Malla Talai where we keep our notes and meet with vendors. Dealing with local traffic can be a headache, especially when we are trying to get supplies across town. We’ve learned the shortcuts over the years. Most of the people working here are from around Udaipur, so we know the lay of the land. We just try to get things done without too much fuss. There are always little problems that pop up, like a late delivery or a broken chair, but we just deal with it as it comes. It is a practical job that requires a lot of standing on your feet and making phone calls. We just keep at it. It is what we know and we have no plans to change how we do things in the future.
