Eva Events

Eva Events is based in Udaipur, specifically on the third floor of the Lodha Complex in rooms 412 and 413. That is at Shastri Circle, which most people in this part of Rajasthan know pretty well. We are also quite close to the Court Chouraha, so there is always a lot of activity around the building. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of distance from the street noise, but we are still right in the heart of Udaipur Ho. We handle event planning from this office and we have been doing it for some time. It’s a plain space where we sit and figure out schedules and talk to suppliers. We don't use a lot of fancy words to talk about what we do. It’s just work that needs to be done. We take the stairs or the lift, get to our desks, and start making calls. The city is busy and our days are usually the same way. We spend a lot of time checking on different spots around town to make sure things are going okay for the events we manage. We aren't a big, polished firm with a shiny lobby. We are just a local team in a regular office complex. Most of our clients come to us because they know we are nearby and we know how the local area works.
