Uttam Telecom

Uttam Telecom is located at 1/A in Agarsen Nagar, right near Udaipole. It is a small shop, mostly filled with mobile accessories, recharge cards, and some basic phones. We spend a lot of time helping people with their SIM cards or fixing small issues with their devices. The area is quite busy, so we get a lot of foot traffic. It’s not a big showroom or anything like that. Just a counter and some shelves. We’ve been here for a few years now. It started when everyone began getting smartphones. Now, we mostly do repairs or sell screen guards and covers. Sometimes people just come in to ask for directions because we are in a central spot. My cousin and I run the place. It’s a lot of sitting around waiting for customers, then suddenly five people come in at once. We don't have a big corporate setup. It’s just us trying to make a living. The walls are covered with posters of data plans and new phone models. We try to keep a bit of everything in stock so people don't have to go elsewhere for a cable or a charger. Udaipole is a good area to be in, always something happening outside the door. We just do our thing, fix what we can, and keep the shop open until late in the evening. It’s a simple neighborhood business for the local crowd.
