Jai Jinendra Electronics

If you head over to Moti Chohata 148, you will see Jai Jinendra Electronics. We have been in this shop for quite some time, dealing with all kinds of electric gadgets and wiring. The walls are covered with switches, bulbs, and coils of wire. It might look a bit chaotic to someone walking in for the first time, but there is a system to it. I can usually find the right fuse or socket in a few seconds. We don't spend money on fancy displays. Instead, we just have the products sitting out where people can see them. A lot of our day is spent answering questions about which bulb is brightest or why a certain fan is making a clicking noise. We try to be helpful without making things complicated. Moti Chohata is a lively place with a lot of foot traffic, which keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the power goes out in the area, and then everyone comes in looking for torches or emergency lights. We just take things as they come. It is me and my brother mostly, and we take turns handling the customers and the paperwork. We aren't looking to build an empire, just trying to keep the lights on for ourselves and our neighbors. It’s a simple business and we like it that way. We close up when the sun goes down and head home to do it all again tomorrow.
