We have been running Rachna Electronics & Musicals at 183 - B in Bapu Bazar for many years. Bapu Bazar is always loud and full of people, which suits a shop that deals with electronics and music things. We have all sorts of items tucked away on the shelves. It might look a bit disorganized to a stranger, but we know exactly where every wire and instrument is kept. We don't spend money on big ads or trying to look like those modern tech stores in the malls. We are just a local shop in an old building. People come to us when something breaks or when they want to find something specific. We do a lot of talking with customers, mostly just about what they need and how we can help. It's a practical way of doing business. Some days the rain comes down hard in the bazar and things slow down, but usually, there is a steady stream of people passing by. We are just regular folks who know our electronics. We like the sound of the market and the way people interact here. It is much better than sitting in a quiet office somewhere. 183 - B is where we spend our lives, and we are quite content with that. Just a straightforward shop for the local crowd. We try to keep it simple and just do what we have always done.
