Right Way Play School

Our play school is located at 3 Bajrang Marg in Udaipur. It’s a quiet enough street, which is good because we have very young children here most of the day. We set this place up because we wanted a spot where toddlers could spend a few hours away from home. The rooms are filled with basic toys and blocks. We don't have fancy computer labs or anything like that. It is mostly just kids playing on the floor and learning how to talk to each other. The building is a typical Udaipur house that we converted into a school. We have a small gate at the front to keep everyone safe. In the mornings, you can see parents pulling up on their scooters to drop off their little ones. We know most of the people on Bajrang Marg by name. It’s that kind of neighborhood. The weather in Rajasthan can be tough, so we make sure the rooms stay as cool as possible for the kids. Sometimes we take them outside for a bit if the sun isn't too strong. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after the children and making sure everyone has had their snacks. It’s a simple operation. We aren't trying to change the world, just looking after some local kids while their parents are busy. It’s a lot of work but it feels right for this part of Udaipur Ho and the families who live here.
