Kids Kottage

Kids Kottage is tucked into the Vidhyaniketan Complex over on the Sector-4 Main Road in Hiran Magri. Our shop is full of all kinds of things for children, from small outfits to toys that make a lot of noise. It’s a colorful place, which is a bit different from the gray concrete of the complex outside. We spend a lot of our time folding clothes that have been ruffled through or putting toys back on the right shelves. Working with parents and kids can be interesting; sometimes it’s very quiet and other times it’s quite chaotic with kids running around. We try to keep things organized, but with so many small items, it’s a constant task. The complex itself is quite busy, with people coming and going for different errands. We’ve been here for a while, and we’ve seen a lot of local kids grow up as their parents keep coming back for bigger sizes. The main road outside is always humming with traffic, but once you step inside, it’s its own little world. We don’t have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just open up in the morning, sweep the floor, and get ready for whoever walks in. It’s a honest way to make a living, and we enjoy seeing the families from the neighborhood come by. That’s pretty much how we spend our days at the shop, just keeping things moving and helping people find what they need for their little ones.
