Parth Mobile Gallery

Parth Mobile Gallery is located at Delhi Gate, number 82 in Nehru Bazar. It’s a crowded area and the shop is right in the thick of it. We deal with all sorts of mobile phones, mostly repairs and second-hand sales. People bring in phones that have been dropped or ones that just stopped working for no clear reason. We sit at the back under a bright lamp to see the small parts. It’s tedious work but someone has to do it. The shop has glass cases filled with different models, some new and some used. We also have a lot of covers hanging on the walls because everyone wants their phone to look different. It gets quite loud outside with the market noise, but we’re used to it by now. Sometimes we have to tell a customer that their phone isn't worth fixing, which is never fun to say. But honesty is better than taking their money for nothing. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most people just walk in because they were passing by or a friend told them about us. We keep the floor swept and the glass clean, and that’s about it. It’s a straightforward shop for people who just want their phones sorted out without any fuss. The fan in the ceiling squeaks a bit when it's on high, but it keeps us cool enough.
