Nice Communication

Our shop is right on Dhanmandi Hospital Road at number 72. If you know this area, you know how crowded it gets with the hospital nearby and all the people walking around. We’ve been operating from this small space for years. It’s mostly about mobile phones and talking to people about their connectivity issues. We have a lot of walk-ins who just need a new screen guard or a quick fix for their charging port. The noise from the street is constant, but you get used to it after a few months. We keep a variety of sim cards and recharge vouchers behind the counter. It's a simple setup with a couple of chairs for people to wait while we look at their devices. We don't have a big team, just a few of us handling everything from sales to repairs. Sometimes the medicine delivery vans block the front, which is a bit of a hassle. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, the desk gets covered in tools and spare parts. It's a humble business. We aren't trying to be the biggest store in town, just a reliable place where locals can get their phones sorted out. Most of our day is spent explaining data plans or trying to find a specific battery for an old model. It’s honest work and it keeps the lights on. We keep working until the sun goes down and the street gets a bit quieter.
