Meera Gift & Telecom

We’ve been here at the Debari Zinc Smelter Chouraha for a good while now. It’s a busy spot with all the traffic coming through from the smelter area. The shop is small, but we try to keep it packed with stuff people actually need. We have all sorts of gift items on the shelves, some toys for kids, and the usual mobile accessories like chargers and earphones. Usually, the day starts early because of the workers passing by. Some people just come in for a quick mobile recharge or to look for a last-minute birthday present. It gets dusty sometimes because of the road, so we spend a lot of time just cleaning the glass counters. The fans run all day during the summer. We aren't doing anything fancy here. It’s just us sitting in the shop, waiting for customers and making sure the inventory is okay. Sometimes the network acts up when we are doing recharges, which can be annoying for the customers waiting. We know most of the people around here by name since they stop by so often. If you walk past the chouraha, you’ll see our sign. It's not a huge place, just a regular shop where we do our work. We mostly deal with basic electronics and some stationery too. It keeps us busy enough from morning till evening. There’s always someone coming in asking for a specific cable or a small gift box. We just do what we can. It is a simple life but it is ours.
