Lucky Mobile

If you stand outside Lucky Mobile, you can hear the constant noise of the Savina Main Chouraha. It is one of those places where the traffic never really seems to stop. I spend my days here surrounded by mobile cases, chargers, and the sound of horns. The shop is right on the corner, so the dust from the road is a constant battle. I keep a rag handy just to wipe the phones every hour or so. We have a few stools for people to sit on while they wait for their SIM cards to activate or their screens to be replaced. It is a small space, but we make it work. Most of the time, I am busy explaining how a certain feature works or trying to find a specific part for an older model. The light in here is a bit harsh because of the fluorescent tubes, but it helps when you are looking at small parts. Savina Main Chouraha gets really packed in the evenings when everyone is coming back from work. That is our busiest time, and it can get a bit cramped inside. I usually drink a lot of water because of the heat and the dry air from the street. By the time I close up, my legs are usually tired from standing, but that is just how it goes when you run a shop like this.
