Kamlesh Mobile Point

Our shop is at Badi Holi 22 right in the middle of all the noise and people moving around. We deal with mobile phones and all the small things that go with them. Mostly people come in because they cracked their screen or their battery isn't holding a charge anymore. We have a small workbench in the back where we do the repairs and it usually has tools scattered everywhere. It can get a bit messy when we have three or four phones opened up at once. We also sell screen guards and different types of plastic covers for the popular phone models. If someone needs a quick recharge for their talktime or data we handle that too on the computer. The space is small so if more than three customers come in at once it feels very crowded. We don't really have a big staff just a couple of us working through the day. Sometimes a repair takes longer than we thought because the parts are hard to get or the problem is tricky. We just tell the customer to come back in an hour or the next morning. It’s a simple place without any bright lights or big advertisements. We just focus on fixing the devices and selling the basic accessories that people ask for when they pass by Badi Holi. It stays quite hot in the summer but we keep the fan running and just get on with the work as best as we can every day.
