Up in the Jhadol area, specifically around Adkaliya, things can be a bit different because of the hills and the roads. Our group is Kamal Nath Mahadev Agro Producer Company Limited. We are based at Dharmendra’s place, right on the road to Adkaliya. It’s a beautiful part of the country, but farming here takes a lot of effort. We mostly deal with the local crops that grow well in this soil. It’s not always easy getting things to the market from here, which is why we decided to form this company. We wanted to make sure that the people living around Jhadol didn't have to struggle alone. We aren't a big corporation with lots of money. We are just a bunch of guys who know these roads and these fields. We spend our days checking on the plants and talking to the other farmers about what they need. Sometimes we help with getting better seeds, and other times it is just about figuring out how to get the harvest moved before the weather turns. We named it after the local deity because it felt like a good way to stay connected to our roots. There are no polished speeches here, just honest work and a lot of sweat. We are just trying to keep the farming tradition alive in our village while making things a little more practical for the people who live here.
