Our office is pretty modest, just a few desks and a lot of interest in what we do. We don't have a big corporate budget for decorations, so we just have some pictures of local farms on the walls. We spend a lot of time listening to what the local farmers have to say. They usually know more than any book could tell us. We try to take their experience and combine it with some new ideas we’ve picked up along the way. It’s a slow process sometimes, but we aren't in a rush.
