Deepak Telecom

You can find Deepak Telecom over in Hiran Magri Sector-14, specifically at shop number four in building 39-A. It’s not a very large shop, but we manage to fit a lot in there. Most of our day is spent dealing with mobile recharges, fixing small issues with phones, or helping people understand their data plans. We have a lot of posters on the walls for different networks, and the counter is usually covered with scratch cards and repair tools. It gets pretty cramped when more than two customers come in at once. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background to pass the time. Since we are in a residential sector, we know many of our customers by name. They come in for a quick recharge or to ask why their phone isn't working right. We try to be helpful, even if it’s just explaining something simple. The shop has been here for a good amount of time, and we’ve seen phones change from those old buttons to the big screens they have now. It’s a lot to keep up with sometimes, but we do our best to stay informed. In the evenings, the area gets quite lively with people coming home from work, and that’s usually our busiest time. Once we close the shutters at night, we usually spend a few minutes tidying up for the next morning. It’s just a regular local shop for the neighborhood.
