We are located in Bedla Purohit Badi. It is a decent enough spot, though parking can be a bit of a headache during the middle of the day. Most people stop in when their phone stops working or they need a quick recharge for their balance. We have seen all sorts of broken screens and battery issues over the years. We started this small shop because everyone around here needed a place to get their tech sorted without traveling too far into the city. It is mostly just us fixing things and selling basic accessories like plastic covers or chargers. The shop is not very big, so it gets crowded quickly if more than three people walk in at once. We do not use any fancy computer systems, just a notebook for keeping track of repairs and a small wooden counter. Sometimes we stay open a bit late if someone really needs their phone back for work the next morning. It is a lot of sitting under bright lights looking at tiny screws and wires. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. People just find us by word of mouth or by walking past on the street while running errands. It works out fine for us. We try to keep things honest and let people know if something is actually worth fixing or if they should just buy a new one. It is just a regular shop.
