We have been running this shop on Glass Factory Main Road for quite a few years now. It is a busy area with a lot of noise from the vehicles passing by constantly. People usually stop in because their phone screen cracked or the battery just won't hold a charge anymore. We have a small glass counter filled with different screen guards and some basic covers that people like. It is not a very big space, just enough for a few people to stand and wait while we look at their devices. We do repairs right here at the back bench. Sometimes it is just a simple cleaning of the charging port, and other times we have to replace the whole display. We try to tell people exactly what is wrong without using complicated words. If a phone is too old to fix, we say so honestly. We also keep some cables and chargers because those seem to break every few months for everyone. The dust from the road gets inside every time someone opens the door, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the glass. My nephew helps me out during the evenings when the crowd from the nearby factories heads home. We do not have any fancy signs or big lights. It is just a regular place where you can get your mobile sorted out without much fuss. We know most of the regulars who work around Glass Factory.
