We have been over here at 23, Sorispuram for a while now. Korampallam is where everything happens for us. Usually, someone is at the desk by eight, and we start looking through the lists for the day. It isn't a huge place, but we fit what we need inside. Most people around here know where we are because of the big tree out front. We handle the agency work without much fuss. If you walk in, you’ll probably see boxes stacked near the back wall and some paperwork on the table that needs sorting. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, so the fan is always going. We don't really have a fancy front office or anything like that. It is just us doing what needs to be done. Sometimes the phone rings all morning, and other times it is quiet enough to hear the traffic passing by. We like it that way. Most of the people who stop by are regulars who know the routine. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to log the inventory. Usually, we just write things down in the big ledger. It keeps things simple. If there is a delivery coming, we clear a bit of space on the floor. It is a lot of manual work, moving things from one side to the other, but it keeps the day moving. We have stayed at this same spot for years because it works for the business.
