Our place is in the Knr Building, specifically at No: 4/146-1 in Muthiahpuram. We are right across from the State Bank of India, specifically the Spic Nagar branch. It’s a good landmark because people often get lost trying to find specific door numbers around here. We’ve been working out of this office for a good number of years. It’s a simple setup with a few desks and a lot of folders. We handle a lot of the paperwork and consulting side of things for local projects. It isn’t the most exciting work to talk about, but it's necessary. We try to be helpful whenever someone walks through the door with a problem. Being near the bank means there’s always people moving around outside, so it feels like we’re in the middle of everything. We don't go in for fancy decor or anything like that. We just want a functional space where we can get through our tasks. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a bit of noise, but we’re used to it. We know the other business owners in the building well. It’s a friendly atmosphere. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just tell it like it is and help where we can. Most of our clients have been coming to us for years because they know who we are and that we’ll just give them a straight answer.
