S F L Export & Import

S F L Export & Import operates out of a smallish office at 25/6, Balavinayagar Koil Street, in the Dhamodhara Nagar area. It is a regular street with a lot of movement, and we fit right in with the other local businesses. Most of our day is spent looking at shipping manifests and talking to people on the phone about where containers are. It is not exactly exciting work, but it is what we do. The office at 25/6 is usually cluttered with folders and stacks of paper because the export and import business involves a lot of record-keeping. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy like that. If you come by, you’ll just see us at our desks trying to figure out the latest logistics. Dhamodhara Nagar is a decent place to be based, even if the traffic on Balavinayagar Koil Street can be a bit of a headache during the middle of the day. We have been here for a while and have gotten to know the other shop owners on the block. We aren't a big corporation with a mission statement. We are just a few people trying to make sure goods get to where they need to go without getting stuck in port for too long. Sometimes things go wrong with the shipping dates, and we just have to stay late to fix it. It is just the way this kind of business works for us.
