Sri Mookambika Motor Driving School

Our school, Sri Mookambika Motor Driving School, is located on 9th Cross in Ashoka Nagar, Tumkur. We are pretty easy to find because we are right opposite the RTO office. This location is actually very handy for our students since that’s where they have to go for their tests anyway. We’ve been around this part of Ashok Nagar for a while now. Our setup is very basic. We have a small office where we keep the registers and talk to new students. Over-complicating things doesn't help anyone. Driving is a practical skill, so we spend almost all our time on the road. We take people through the streets of Tumkur, showing them how to handle the traffic and follow the rules. Being near the RTO means we see the inspectors and the test tracks every day, so we know what they are looking for. We aren't some big chain; we are just a local business trying to do a decent job. Sometimes the cars get a bit dusty from the road, and sometimes the schedule gets a bit messy, but we always make sure the students get their time behind the wheel. We use simple language and try to keep everyone relaxed. Learning to drive can be stressful, so we just try to be a calm presence in the passenger seat. We don't have fancy simulators, just real cars on real roads. That is how most people learn best anyway, just by doing it repeatedly.
