You can find us over at Balaji Nagar. The address is a bit confusing because of the old and new numbering, but we are at New Number 18, which used to be Old Number 1. It’s a simple setup where we deal with different kinds of machine tools. We’ve been operating from this location for quite some time. The space is filled with metal parts, tools, and heavy shelving. It smells a bit like oil and iron, which is exactly how a tool shop should be. We don't have a big corporate office or anything. Most of our day is spent handling the tools, checking inventory, and talking to customers who need specific parts for their own workshops. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we get a large shipment in, but we have a system for where everything goes. The neighborhood is mostly residential and small shops, so it’s a bit quieter than the main industrial areas, which we quite like. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure we have the right tools on the shelves when someone comes looking. Sometimes the paperwork gets piled up on the small desk in the corner, but the actual tools are always organized. It’s a small, local operation run by people who know their equipment. If you’re looking for us, just remember the house number change and look for the workshop sign. We are usually here until evening.
