Sri Nachammal Vidyavani

Our school is located right in Ayyavu Tower, which is part of the Ammasai Nagar area here in Avinashi Taluk. If you’re coming along the new 4-track bypass road, you can’t really miss the turn. It’s a bit of a dusty spot sometimes because of all the construction and traffic heading towards Tirupur, but we’ve made a decent space for ourselves here at 56/1 and 56/2A. Every morning starts with unlocking the gates and getting the fans going before the heat really kicks in. The building itself is quite sturdy, and we’ve got different sections for the kids to sit. It’s not always perfectly quiet because of the vehicles on the bypass, but you get used to the hum after a few weeks. We spend a lot of our time just handling the paperwork and talking to parents who drop by after work. Life in this part of Tirupur moves fast, but inside these walls, we try to keep things a bit more steady. We don’t go for anything too flashy; it’s mostly just desks, books, and a lot of patience. Sometimes the water delivery is late or the internet acts up, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a real place with real problems and small wins every day. We’re just local people trying to run a school the best way we know how without much fuss.
