Kgs Matriculation Higher Secondary School

Our school is located at No 11 on the Poondi Ring Road in the Chettipalayam area of Tirupur. Since we’re right on the ring road, it’s quite easy for everyone to get here, though the traffic can be a bit much at times. We have students ranging from the very young ones in primary school all the way up to those finishing their higher secondary years. This means we’ve always got a wide variety of ages and personalities around the building. We’ve been here for many years, and the building has seen a lot of use. During the breaks, the noise in the hallways is quite something, but it’s silent as a grave when the exams are on. Our team of teachers is mostly made up of people who have been with us for a long time. They don’t care much for fancy talk; they just want to make sure the kids understand their math and science. The families around here are mostly connected to the textile industry that Tirupur is famous for. We know how hard they work, so we try to do our part by giving their kids a steady place to learn. We have the usual annual events and sports days, which are the highlights of the year for many students. It’s a plain, hardworking school that focuses on the basics and getting through the syllabus without any extra fuss.
