We are over at No. C-2 on M.K.G. Street. Our office is in the K.K. Pudur area, right inside Saibaba Colony. It is a good part of Coimbatore to be in. We have been working as realtors here for a while now. The office itself is pretty plain. We have a few chairs for visitors and a lot of folders full of property details. We don’t have a big corporate setup. It is just a few of us handling everything that comes through the door. Saibaba Colony has grown a lot over the years, and we have seen many new buildings go up. We spend a lot of our time out on the road, looking at different sites and meeting with owners. Some days we are drenched in rain and other days we are sweating in the sun, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t do the whole polished sales pitch thing. We just tell people the price and the details as they are. Sometimes a property has issues with the paperwork, and we are honest about that from the start. People in K.K. Pudur seem to appreciate that. We don't have a fancy website or lots of ads. We just rely on being around and knowing the streets. It’s a basic way to run a business, but it works for us.
