At number 5, Vkk Menon Road in Siddhapudur, you’ll find our little office for V J P Real Estate. We are very close to the Government School, so we hear the sounds of the playground and the kids every afternoon. It’s a nice background to have while we work. The office is a small place that we’ve called home for some time now. It is a very local setup. We have a few chairs out front and our desks inside are usually cluttered with notes and property listings. Siddhapudur is a busy neighborhood but our street has a bit more of a community feel to it. We see the same people walking to the school or the local shops every day. We aren't trying to be some high-end firm with a shiny lobby. We just provide a place where people can come in and talk about real estate without any pressure. Sometimes we just stand by the door and watch the rain or chat with the neighbors. It’s a simple way of living and working. The building itself is old but sturdy. We like being near the school because it makes the area feel safe and lively. There is always something happening on Vkk Menon Road. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s honest and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
