Jrd Realtorss is based out of P-1 in Kovaipudur. We are located right near Shanthi Ashram, which is a quiet enough spot most days. If you know the Kovaipudur area, you probably know where the ashram is, so finding us isn't too hard. We aren't some huge company with offices everywhere. It's just us here, working on real estate things for the local community. The office is simple and functional. We spend a lot of time talking to people about houses and land around this part of town. Kovaipudur has its own feel, and being near Shanthi Ashram gives us a nice bit of surroundings. We keep things pretty low-key. There isn't much to say other than we show up every day and do our work. Some days are busier than others, especially when there's a lot going on in the property market. We've been in this spot for some time now. Most of the people who come to see us are from around here or looking to move into the neighborhood. It's a decent place to work. We don't use any fancy systems or anything like that. Just a phone, a computer, and some local knowledge. If you're near the ashram, you're basically at our doorstep. It's a straightforward life being a realtor in a place like this. We just try to keep things moving along for everyone involved. It keeps us busy enough and we don't mind the routine at all.
