Metro Housing

We are Metro Housing and we are based at 400, D B Road in RS Puram. This is a pretty well-known part of town, so finding us isn't too hard. DB Road is always bustling with shoppers and people going to work, which we like. It keeps things feeling alive. We’ve been doing housing work here for a while, mostly dealing with apartments and houses in the local area. It’s a straightforward business. We show people what’s on the market, tell them the price, and help with the paperwork if they want to move forward. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything like that. Our office is just a place where we meet and talk. Sometimes we are out most of the day looking at properties, so the office stays empty for a bit. RS Puram has some nice spots, but it can be expensive, so we try to find a variety of options for people. We aren't corporate types; we’re just local people who know the housing market here. We’ve seen how the prices have gone up over the years and we try to give honest advice about what a place is worth. It’s mostly just us chatting with clients and trying to make sure the deals go through without too much trouble. It’s a job that requires a lot of patience, but we’re used to the long hours and the constant phone calls that come with the territory.
