You can find us over at 1562 Avanashi Road in Peelamedu. Ecity Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this office for some time. It's a busy part of town, which keeps us on our toes. We spend a lot of our time looking at different buildings and talking to owners. Real estate can be a bit of a headache with all the rules and the changing prices, so we just try to keep things straightforward for the people who come to see us. We aren't into those big, flashy advertisements you see elsewhere. Most of our work comes from people just dropping by or hearing about us from someone else. Peelamedu is a growing area, and we’ve seen a lot of new things pop up lately. We help people find places to stay or spots for their businesses. Sometimes the office is a mess of papers and maps, but we know where everything is. We try to be practical about things. If a property has issues, we mention it. There's no point in hiding stuff because it just causes trouble later on. We like being part of the local scene here on Avanashi Road. It’s a lot of work, but it’s what we know how to do.
